New School Year 2021-2022

It is the start of a new school year!


Kids are excited and teachers a full of energy, But there is a bittersweet feeling this school year as we start the with a lot of controversy about wearing masks in schools and getting COVID-19 vaccinated.


Those who are hesitant to get vaccinated are putting lives at stake including the lives of children. This is concerning.


So how can students stay safe in schools given there is not COVID19 vaccine for kids under 12 years of age?


Here are 3 things parents can do to help their children stay safe while in school:

  1. Wear a mask in class

2. Handwash, handwash and handwash Use soap and water to hand wash or use an alcohol based hand sanitizer.


3. Get vaccinated If you are an adult you need to get vaccinated. You will save lives also you will not get very sick if you do get COVID19. You will also protect vulnerable people such as kids, teenagers or anyone who has a condition that makes it impossible for them to get the COVID19 vaccine.


If you have children that are 12 years old or older please get them vaccinated.
